It may help to look at the minidump files from the bluish screen crashes.
Can yous nada upwards the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public binder on OneDrive or similar site.
Hither's a link on using OneDrive:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/onedrive/share-file-folder
If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop
Also, yous do not necessarily have to zip upward the minidump files, you tin upload them ane at a time.

The minidump files showed a consistent Unknown bugcheck lawmaking (e0000001) that appears to be caused by the vmx86.sys.
The vmware-vmx.exe is the process that crashed.
As the vmx86.sys and vmware-vmx.exe are components of VMware in that location may accept been a corruption in the installation if the VMware software was nowadays during the upgrade.
In any result endeavour uninstalling VMware.
Then utilise the following update for Windows 10:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-the states/help/4022716
The reinstall VMware.
If the issue persists consider posting on the VMware forums.
The Unknown bugcheck code (e0000001) with VMware has been reported before although it appears to be rare such as:

Never had a single problem until recently after updating to latest creator update.

I've tried that besides, and have posted over in vmware communities about the result with no response even so. I don't see how it tin can be a vmware issue myself, as vmware has been running absolutely fine on my machine for years, simply crashing the organization after MS issued it's Creators Update.
